For cooking frozen chicken fillets you need 1 Kg chicken.

For marinating add the following,

40 ml soya sauce

15 ml lemon juice

30 ml sweet sherry

½ tsp grated ginger

½ tsp Mountain pepper

1 tsp Hoisin sauce

2 Cloves of crushed garlic

6-7 Pepper berries

1 tsp Bush tomato oil

½ tsp of 5 spice powder

For garnishing

Capsicum, carrot and leek

Combine all these ingredients and marinate the chicken by crushing the pepper berries all over the meat. Leave it for an hour and bake at 200 degree Celsius for 50 minutes. All this depends on thickness of the fillets.
